Bandido Brewing is an American style Microbrewery that has brought a new take on beer to Ecuador. We brew small batches of unique and sometimes exotic beers that will remind you of a country far far away. Each batch is made with passion, a bit of alchemy and a dedication to quality. Our artisan pizzas are made from scratch with all the love and good vibes food deserves. Our combination of cheeses and sauces along with a deliciously chewy crust will convince you not all pizza is equal.
Inspired by Ecuador, the Guapa Papa includes a caramelized onion base,potato, bacon, and rosemary.
Our most unique pizza, the Mexican Flag includes a homemade pesto salsa base, roasted red pepper, and ricotta cheese.
One of our top vegetarian options, the Margherita combines our homemade red sauce base with fresh tomatoes, basil, and fior de llate on top. Pepperoni optional.
The Italian Stallion includes will take you on a trip to the boot, using our house made red sauce and topped with ricotta cheese, pepperoni, and pickled chili.
Inspired by a beautiful season, the red summer comes topped with provolone cheese, oven roasted tomatoes, and oregano.
